About Me

I’m a certified Psychologist and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, gaining my MSc, DipPsych and B.A.(Psychology) from University College London, The Open University and The University of Queensland, respectively. I am registered to practice in the Hellenic Republic since 2014 with registration number 14796/234 issued from the prefecture of Western Greece.

My career as a Psychologist spans 24 years and offered me the opportunity to interact with people of all walks of life – both in community and hospital settings, as well as, in statutory and non-statutory settings – whilst applying highly specialised skills in mental health assessment and treatment. Working at the Section of Family Therapy at the Kings College Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience, was one of the most incredible learning experience for me. Perinatal Mental Health Practitioner – providing training to professionals who work in remote geographical regions to make mental health care accessible.(SOPHROSYNA)

Developmental Psychologist –  areas of interest are how early learning and childhood experiences shape brain architecture for emotional, behavioural and social development.(SOPHROSYNA, London Boroughs Social Work).
